How did we get started?
Fierce Gal Media all started from a small seed planted in the back of my mind. I really wanted to start my own business but had no clue where to start. Let’s call that hurdle #1. After taking several courses I knew that writing copy was the path for me. But what should I write about? Who is my ideal client? Enter hurdle #2.
And then it hit me! One of my close friends and coworkers was in the process of starting a business and needed help with her website. Ding ding ding! She was my ideal client! A small business, owned by a woman, who is also a minority. As a fellow minority and small business owner I knew I could write for her in a way that others couldn’t.
From there I have gone on to help other small businesses owners revamp their website copy to drive more engagement and sales. And I truly believe that the best is yet to come!
